I want to start a new website of my own but I am not able to decide the subject and content of the website? Should I make a job-site for home-based part time jobs OR a forum of discussion?
You can also give your thoughts on it.

You should think of a content wherein it's appealing to the people. A forum of discussion would be interesting but it needs to be attractive in order to hook up web surfers.

I visit a legitimate data entry site every day to make about $1.50. It is easy work but you have to wait for the work to come up as it is done on a first come first serve basis. pm me if you want the link. I have been paid several times and this site has a very good reputation.
