how can a fat peoplw can decrease their weight

one can decrese their weight by jogging at morning and walking at morning and evening and they ll decrease their weight by eating non vegatarian food and oil less food..if they are eating oil food their body will grow easily that is why doctors advice us to decrease the oil content in foods which we eat

don't decide decrease your weight within few days.........it is very dangerous for your health. by daily exercise we can decrease daily. by daily eating colestral less food and daily walking.....we can decrease our weight.....

talk to a dietitian if you want to lose weight! dietitians go to school specifically for this.. doctors DO NOT. doctors only receive 10 hours of training in nutrition throughout their whole medical schooling!! reason why? there are no questions on the medical boards about nutrition. GO TO A DIETITIAN! IN THE UNITED STATES THAT MEANS RD: REGISTERED DIETITIAN! :)

fat people can decrease thie weight by doing excercises and taking light foods likes chapathis.they must decrease their food content slowly.they must do walking.they can also go to doctors suggessions or there are more institutions which are now decreasing so many peoples weight.

nice question^^try reduce the salt and oil in cooking and Noajinomoto!eat meal on time.do some exercise at least 3 times a week.And do drink more water and fruit it will help in excretion.Breakfast is the most important meal so must eat something like milk egg, bread or yogurt..breakfast can meke someone mind became more active and freshy .Dinner less eat..Especially rice.Try it!!
