low cost houses

In Africa, housing is a very big problem. Low income earners can not afford desent accommodation. Do you think African governments are doing enough to arrest the situation.

I really can't answer that. Because I am not well informed of the situation and politics in Africa. But Africa does get a lot of publicity for it's poverty, so that other countries help them out.
