What do I gift this friend of mine who bought a new house?

One of my close friend just bought a new house and has invited me to his house this Sunday.. I want to gift him something which he can use for his new house...any advise? Something like a wall clock.. on those lines which is not very expensive but at the same time I want to gift him something better..

a wall clock would be nice, or some photo frames, maybe even a coffee maker or toaster, those r inexpensive, maybe even some nice coffee mugs, something like that.

I'm a female, If I want to gift my friend, I will choose sth like embroidered sofa-cushion that made by myself:)I hope this gift is unique~

well look arnd the house n see what she needs or something that is old and u can look to replace it with someting new happy lotting and have a nice day
