I surprise many times, Our mind and thoughts are uncontrollable.Thoughts come and changes over our minds continuously and unstoppable.
Many a times, I sat quietly and tried to stop my inflow/ out flow of thoughts, but in vain.
My topic is can you stop thinking for at least for 5 minutes? try and tell me..
I tried to control but after a minute, 1000s of memories, thoughts ... difficult..

You can't shut your brain off but you can focus enough to shut off conscious random thoughts. It does take practice but once you find the thing that works for you it's fairly easy. I've gotten good enough at it to help me fall asleep when my mind is racing. It works about 80% of the time. I also use a similar technique to meditate if I'm stressed out or upset. It helps me lower my blood pressure and relax.

It would take a lot of writing to explain it all. It's a technique I've developed for myself over the years. I consider it a cross between self-hynosis, biofeedback and meditation. Here's the short version.
I first get as comfortable as possible, close my eyes and do some relaxation breathing. I picture in my mind walking into a large solid black room and there is one faint light over my head in the middle of the room. I sit down say "nothing exists except the wall" over and over. Every time I repeat this the light gets dimmer and dimmer. When my mind is cleared of random thoughts my own voice from outside myself talks me through total body relaxation starting at my head down to my feet. My body melts into the darkness of the room. If I want to fall asleep this is where I can usually do it and I simply say the word "sleep". If I don't want to sleep then I can stay right there where nothing exists except the wall and there are no random thoughts. Or this is where I can work out a personal problem, take a relaxing trip through the Universe or comtemplate a point of philosophy, whatever I want to do..
It's very relaxing for me, even if I don't fall asleep I feel like I've taken a long nap and my mind is much clearer and focused when I'm done.

I agree with you,but just take some few hours and walk around your surroundings, look out for any tall pole or installation having somthing like dish or transmitters.
Short waves are very effective in your mind control, radio waves for example is a good example.Probably someone has been tempering with your thought, find out before it's too late because if you leave this for a long time it can lead to depression state and some other things...Look out!
Do you leave close to a militry camp?

It's awful though, but we are getting close to showing some things that can not be explained by scientific technics.I heard sometimes last week of farmers contacting some spiritual professionals to help find water on their farms. There is no scientific explanation for this?

I have tried it a couple of times, but I never managed to stop thinking. Some years ago I became interested in meditation, and I tried a number of different technics. I was not able to "just" shut off my mind, so I tried using a mantra. My mind can't be empty, and in order to stop my thougths I have to fill my mind with something else (=a mantra) Sometimes I used a single word and sometimes I counted from 1 to 10 over and over. After a couple of minutes I could not longer concentrate on the mantra and many other thoughts kept popping up. I am still interested in meditation, but I know that it takes a lot of practice, and I have a lot to learn.

Actually no Mantra or chant needed. just try to concentrate your eyes on the edge of your nose or in between your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, inhale quickly and exhale completely(keep exhalation time twice the inhalation time). If eyes move, then the thoughts come in. Eye movements are proportional to thoughts. Even when we sleep and dreaming, that time also, eyes moves.
Try and let me know. I can now concentrate for 5 - 10 minutes.
