Fortunate are those people whose hobby becomes their profession/career. If so, then work becomes recreation.Don't you think so? Suppose a music lover gets the job in a music store where he gets to test and sell musical equipments and gets to listen to music while being on the job. Fab, isn't it? I want to work in a good music company too,for the same reason. What would you love to work as? Your dream job?

Hello daffodil. Besides being a teaching as a way of earning, which is my favorite job, my dream job is to be an interpreter and translator as a part-time job if it is available to me. I am trying to find such a job, but I am not sure of it. Anyway I am trying to see if I will be successful with good luck.

I don't know other foreign languages except English. I have a good command of English and I have been working with my foreign colleagues for a decade. I think that I am qualified to take such a job as translating and interpreting. Thank you for your response.

In all honesty, I am living my REAL dream.. I am a wife to a awesome and VERY handsome man and a mom to 3 wonderful kids that teach me more than I feel I can ever teach them. Everyday is a new lesson.. some lessons are hard to learn but the rewards of a hug make up for even those :) Life couldn't be much better! But, I still wanna jump in a huge tub of chocolate and eat my way back home! lol!

I am a movie buff.I have been running a huge cable TV system and enabling thousands of my customers to watch movies. My friends always used to say that I got a business of my taste. Secondly I like to help people. It so happened I have started a placement agency six months back and started recruiting people for companies in Gulf and locally too.It has picked up nicely. It gives me immense satisfaction of being in a profession I like most.

My dream job? For my ceramics to really take off so that I can say it is a job and not just a hobby. I am hoping that my ceramic dolls do that for me. Other than that I would love for my photography to do that well also.

I was pretty career driven when teaching, and always thought that even in retirement I would want to keep having classes, even if on an occasional basis. But do you know what? Now that we have been retired for a few years, the idea of doing that gets remoter and remoter. We totally just want to be professional retirees, lol, having fun every day and keeping on doing all the things we never had time to do before.

My dream career to have an internet business that pulls in at least $10,000 a month. It really doesn't matter what it is, just as long as it's not something illegal, crazy or just not me. Other than that, I'm all for it. Right now I only make a couple thousand a month online a month, but I can always use more.

I slaved in a company for 3 years, grew up and stopped having a 'dream job'. It is quite sad isn't it? But my interests have evolved a bit throughout the years, and now I don't care as much for money as I do for the amount of time I want to spend doing things I want to do. Having work linked to what I like to do would be too much of a chore for me, and I'm tendering my resignation soon in hope that it would get me out of this slump! Otherwise, I'd really love to be an anthropologist and study the excessive consumerism of today society, even though the topic has been rehashed many times over!
