I just read the story on msnbc.com and he has been found guilty of his attempt to recover items he says were his and is awaiting sentencing. His lawyer is hoping for 6 years saying, "...it's the bottom-end number for parole." His accomplices have testified against him in a plea bargain and he will be spending time in prison. I know plenty of people who thought he was guilty in the famed murder trial of Nicole Simpson feel like he is getting some form of just dues here. How do you feel? Do you think he is getting what he deserves? Does he deserve more punishment?

My personal opinion is that he was guilty in the first crime but he was tried for that and found to be not guilty by the jury so according to the laws of our land he was allowed to go free. I do not think it is fair to use this case as a way of punishing him for the first crime. That would be unethical use of power and in my opinion a crime in itself.
