How often do you change the sheets on your bed?

I know this sounds crazy, but Hubby and I were having a discussion about this last night. He would like them changed more often (but doesn't do it). I say if it bothers you...fix it. So, we decided to bring our question out in an open forum and ask how often you do change the sheets on your bed and how often you think you should.
Thanks for the help

Personally, I change the bed sheets in our home every second week. Sometimes more often.
I agree with you, though... if your hubby would like to have them changed more often there is nothing stopping him from changing them. I'm sure you wouldn't be offended if he should take the initiative.
Funny how some people want everything to be done in a particular way just so long as they don't have to be the one to actually do the work. My ex-husband was like that.

I change our sheets every Sunday. I use flannel or fleece sheets in the winter because they're so warm and comfy. In the summer I like to use cotton sheets with a nice high thread count. I know that doesn't have anything to do with the question, I just didn't want to leave a 6 word answer!

Well, you didn't mention in your discussion how often you do it. You just stated that your husband would like them changed more often.
I change my sheets weekly in the winter. Depending on how hot and sticky it is in the summer time, I will change them more.
I think changing them once a week is acceptable.
