eat food if you worked at a restaurant without paying for it? I'm talking about if you work at say Burger King and they only give a 10% employee discount on a 2 dollar cheeseburger so that's a whopping 20 cents, or if you work somewhere like say Red Lobster and they give a decent discount, but the food is still too expensive when they are paying you crap anyway. I know back when I worked at places like those I used to enjoy those triple cheeseburgers I made then took in the bathroom to eat or those baskets of chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp i used to sneak back with me...

No. It's stealing. They pay me to work there, not to eat their stock. The discount is even a bonus (though I'd probably get sick of it and go eat elsewhere, to be honest). In my mind, there is no excuse for stealing from the people you work for - you'd just be endangering your job for no good reason.
