I have a friend of mine who tells me that she laughs a lot but she doesn't let it out; how can that be possible when laughter releases all the stress and make you express emotions of happiness and to show something was funny. I laught a lot, and when i hear my laughter, i feel like doing it even even more. By doing it brings up more memories of funny events in my life, and after that, i just feel a nice stomach pain and so relaxed.
laughter is even excellent for people who are ill, they say it helps to make a stronger immune system, so can you really laugh without making that noise that everybody does? what do you feel when you hear yourself laughing?
