Why are some women larger a 5 months than others at 9? not only does that not seem fair, but its also just weird!

It depends, I think on how you carry the baby. I have had 5 full or almost full-term pregnancies. With each one I didn't get large. I carried very low. So I didn't really show until the 6 1/2 month to 7th month of pregnancy. While it may be weird to some that women don't get that big it almost seems unfair when we don't. My belly button didn't poke out and I didn't get a foot stuck in my ribs while some may be greatfull, some may feel dissapointed that they didn't get "big". We are all built differently and carry in a different way. Like when someone says "I know Im haveing a boy because I carry low" that is just a myth. I carried all low and gave birth to 3 boys and 2 girls. I carried lower with the girls. Just a matter of how you are built on the inside.

I can relate to this... i was quite large when i was 5 months pregnant with my daughter... and no one would believe me when i tell them that i was only 5 months on the way... and i sometimes want to give them a piece of my mind... because they even had doubts and thought i would give birth earlier than what i said...
And after another 4 months... they were all proven wrong...
