New strategies on Ciao

Ciao has changed its payment policy and there is no 0.25 automatic payment for review writing any more. Some incentives are maintained and other new are introduced as well. I think we should check the new announcements on ciao.
What do you think, what is the new winning strategy on ciao now? I think the first is to be honest and writing quality reviews, having friends that can be trusted and get as many ratings you can. What do you think, what could be ciao's new incentives they havent come up with so far? Lets think together about the future possible happenings and your strategiy on ciao.

I think i will try to write quality reviews and try to widen my circle of friends (because I have right now only 19). I will also give lot of ratings (honest ones not just gift-ratings) to my friends and other reliable members and hope that some of them will give it back if my reviews are good enough.

I am not very old user there. I joined just few days back, when the earning per post was already 25 cents. Now that too is gone. it will be hard for me to earn there. I guess no more strategy will help me . As I know the old users will get all advantages.
