$15 Billion for the Big 3 is Possible.

I guess that it is inevitable that Congress will approve some sort of a loan to the automakers in Detroit. They will do it, it seems, but with much scrutiny and oversight I am sure. But will $15 billion even scratch the surface?
What are your thoughts, either for or against?
