Running I started yesterday...!

yesterday I started running after long time...! after that I started thinking why I started this...!my body satarted feeling pain ...! very very painful day that was....!I am not able to sit in the office properly.full day I suffered..! What a bad running...!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, you have a good start for your healthy life. Don't be panic, your pain is a norm when you have long time didn't run. Get rest for few days and then start to run again. This time you may run for longer distance and you would feel great and the pain wouldn't happen again but make sure you have a good stretching and warm up before you start running. Have a nice day!!!

The first week of it your legs will feel pretty bad...so keep it low until you get used to the pain. Eventually it might start to feel good, and you'll enjoy running. Running is different because you have to will yourself to keep going, it's more mental than physical. You can't let yourself stop, because really, you don't have to....you just want to.

CONGRATS! now just keep doin it .. remember to start slow n dont overtrain n one day u'll b addicted! LIKE I AM!
