Did you know whenever you feel hungry, it doesn't necessarily mean that you need to take in food? Sometimes, when you feel hungry, it's just a sign from your brain to your stomach to tell you that you're lacking of a certain nutrient (e.g. protein etc.) and it doesn't necessarily mean that by filling any type of food into your stomach will make you feel less hungry.
For example, i just finished eating some KFC 15 minutes ago and my stomach is feeling hungry. It doesn't rumble, but it just feels hungry. Probably i need some carbohydrates or something, haha.

Hm.. not carbo.. kfc is full of carbohydrate and fat. You need omega protein from fish to be satisfyingly full. Don't drink milk either cause it stimulates appetite. Maybe eat some fruits after that to "complete" the meal.

Ah, yes, i am!! I'm standing at a height of 1.7 metres and weighing about 50kg. Accoding to the BMI index, i'm 6kg underweight.
People say BMI is debatable, because it's a universal chart not segregating the asians and the westerners. Asians typically have smaller masses as compared to the westerners.

KFC is filled with carbohydrates and fat.. and also has protein from the chicken.
Anyway, sometimes when you think you are hungry you really are just thirsty as well.

Sound's familiar. I think I've read about it, or maybe heard about it, not sure where though.
