January is just over the corner. have you start thinking about the changes that you need to do make your life better?
i have been mulling how my year is and how i want it to change positively...
how about you? do you think resolutions are that important?

I think they are fun, and do actually make them up a few years in advance, with as you suggest, changes as necessary. One that I always have on my list is to remember to think consciously about the things I do, subjecting them to a "yes" or "no" test along the lines of "Do I really want/need/have to do this?" and "Am I sure the result of doing it this way will be the desired or expected one?" Without this resolution, it is sometimes too easy to go through life too automatically, living thoughtlessly, so to speak, like a piece of driftwood instead of like a person with goals and objectives.

Not yet!! I am not yet thinking about what resolutions I am going to make this new year. I have never been doing that.. LOL. Yes it is true, it would help us to improve if we will religiously do our resolution. I have to sit down and think what would be my best resolution. I would think about one that is attainable. LOL.
