Hi Everyone:
Last week I purchased a 50" samsung plasma TV and I currently use Comcast Cable. Does anyone know if I need to contact Cable to get a HD box (or signal) to make the picture even better? Trust me, I don't really need to make it any better, the picture is AWESOME! This TV is the best. Got a deal of the century at BestBuy! 50" TV was only $850.00!! The better news? My husband and I went to Foxwoods Casino in CT last week-end and I won $1,000, which is where we got the money to purchase the TV. Merry Christmas to us!

Hi. I sell televisions for a competitor of Best Buy. Shame on you for not buying from Sears. LOL. You will get a better picture if you have an HD box. Not everything is filmed in HD yet and where you're getting the good picture is on things that are filmed in HD. IMHO, Samsung is the best quality TV on the market today. Enjoy your new purchase.
