Dieting OR Excerside. Running a Kilometer. Precious for health!

All we know that health is precious thing. I do exercise for maintaining my stamina and health. I run one kilometer daily. And also do some exercise. In modern age life has been fast. There is limited time for doing exercise. Beside this people love dieting to become smart. In my opinion dieting has side effects. I will prefer exercisr over dieting. Wha will you do dieting or Exercise...

Dieting is not always the best thing. If you diet, your body is going to think your starving your self, panic, then whatever food you get, its going to hold on to. As for excersise, to much can harm you. My suggestion is to eat only 3 meals a day, and not big ones, go to sleep on time, and do at least 30minutes worth of excersise a day.

ya you are right. Doctors also forbid to diet. Meal for 3 times and simple excercise could be enough
