Do any non-African Mylotters have Africa friends and, if so, how did you meet?

I have several; they are are all disability rights activist like me. They live in Kenya, Uganda, and Mali. Two run schools for disabled children; the one in Mali is a special program for kids with Cerebral Palsy. I met them all at various conferences.

I have a lot of friends around Africa that I deal with at work and also many from charity projects and rural agricultural activities I am trying to promote and work with. I have not visited the vast majority of them but hope to visit Uganda and Kenya in the near future as a start and then Nigeria.

Yeah i have alot of African friends, i know them because we just all live in the same area and have alot in common, such as taste in music, sports, etc etc, so naturally we became friends.

No but I would be interested to develop some...I think it is always intriguing to learn about the world through the eyes of someone living it...inside of through research... and the goals you described... I want to help people....just trying to find the way...

I have a couple of African friends and most of them I've met through my ex-boyfriend who was from South Africa. I also have an African friend here in Denmark, she is from Uganda but we used to work together at a hospital in my country. Over the years I've had many penfriends and some of them have been from Africa. I have had penfriends from Ghana and from South Africa, but I have never met any of them.
