Things That Go Bump In The Night

I am a very paranoid person. Lol, I get that from my family. I am worried about everything. I am the type of person who checks the coffee pot to make sure it is off about 5 times before finally “realizing,” it is. We live in an apartment with a store below and another store in the front. One night, the store owners (who were also our landlords) were doing inventory downstairs. You could hear them moving around. I was flipping out thinking they were getting robbed or something. It was like 1 in the morning and I decided to call downstairs to see if anyone answered. Luckily they did.

hm..i am always experiencing that in my house..my family feels that we are not alone in that house, we noticed it before. There was something strange in that house. We are hearing noises and sounds in upstairs when actually no one is up there. So, it is a big puzzle to us. When midnight comes..12 oclock..we are always hearing steps in our roof like someone is walking up there. Obviously, it is not a cat because the sounds of footsteps that its producing is like a walking person. Its always been like that, but i am just curious why i am just hearing those foosteps at 12 midnight?i know something is with us...its really freaking me out...

I hate that. My house makes all kinds of noises at night. It definately freaks me out. What if it isn't the house making that noise and its something else. That's why I have a dog. He will let me know if anything out of the ordinary is going on.

When I was dozing after my children got older and went off to school I used to dream that they had missed the bus and returned for me to drive them in but was not able to wake up properly. Then I would realise that I was asleep. I also kept thinking I could hear the doorbell ring like the postman had a parcel for us but there was nobody there - I think I was just imagining it like the dream.

I would surely be checking it. I would never go to sleep without checking. just to make sure that there's nothing going on.

it used to scare me when i was young, but know i don't mind about those things a lot. when i go to sleep i will be very tired and i go to sleep straight away i enter the bed. so there is very low chance for me to hear this sounds. But if i hear some noise from outside the house if it felt to me like foot , i will put the light's on the sides on and go to sleep.
