hi iela! congrats! well, if you have a history twins in your family, you just might bear twins. but it is not reliable. the best would be artiificial insemmination, which is costly and takes a lot of processes. but if you have problems ovulating, your doctor may prescribe you with clomiphen citrate or clomid to induce ovulation. that is actually a therapy for PCOS. and the side effect is, multiple births is possible. i took that, but nothing happened. i got pregnant the traditional way, with no external help. and i am having a singleton in March next year. take care and wishing you the best. I have to say its rare for a twin to have twins, but it does happen. Your best bet if you really want twins is artificial insemination.

If twins run in your family then your chances are decently high that you will have a set of twins. The only guaranteed way to have twins would be to adopt twins. I know that most parents want to have a child of their own, but if you try and don't get twins and still want them.... think about adoption. There are plenty of children out there who need loving families. Adoption is always a great option. I was adopted and I try to promote adoption awareness. Good Luck!
