is always sucking up his snot in his nose - says his sinuses bother him - but it is sooooo annoying! I am a bitty or would this totally annoy you too? I mean he is sucking back like 40 times a day - AAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

That is terribly disgusting. I would not be able to hang around a friend that did that for a long time. If it were me I would suggest for him to bring a hanky to blow his nose on or offer him a box of tissues when he has a runny nose. Friends tell friends if they are being a bother, but in a subtle way. If you hang around him a lot to see him suck his snot in 40x a day, I suggest bring a boxful of tissues with you.
