Things Happen When We Least Expect Them To Happen ..Is That True?

Well with me it is always like that...
whenever i am expecting with painted breath for something to happen to my disappointment it never happens...
we get a job when we least expect to get it..
we get a call from a person which we least expect to get...
we win a lottery when we just casually buy a ticket some day..
we get into a relationship when we least expect it to happen..
is there some logic in this discussion or its just psychology....
please give your thoughts below...

I'm no psychologist, but I believe in that. I guess it's just how life is. You never know when something's going to happen to you. But imagine if we did somehow know what will happen to us the next day, or the day after next...will we embrace whatever is to come us? Or will we shun away from it, not caring to find out if the resulting consequence will be good or bad for us? I guess that's the thing that makes life exciting--not entirely knowing what lies ahead. n.n

Thankx for your response ...yes i totally agree with you that the beauty of life is in its unexpectedness...
so i suppose you do not believe in astrology , predictions,numerology etc?

I suppose you could say that. I'm interested in reading those kinds of things, but believe in them I don't and won't do. n.n

Hmmn thats very sad...i am a hardcore optimist...
i very rarely think of bad things happening to me ...
whenever any bad thought crosses my mind ..i just destroy it and tear it into peices by thinking positive...

This is what I do beleive. A friend of mine who was single express his wish to find a suitable girl. He is a good person and I did tell him to wait and that the right girl might come around whe he leasts expects it. He was invited to my wedding where my wife introduced him to one of our friends and they ended getting married.

:-) yes ...i think when we are least expecting ..we are at our best...
and when we are at our best we can make things happen for us...
also when we are least expecting we are less desperate and it make us less susceptible to failure or vulnerability...

my best wishes are with you..the bad times will surely pass..
i believe that only the strong are tested in life with difficult situations..
when things that we are expecting happens then there is no surprise factor and we just say huh! it had to happen and we attribute it to our hardwork or efforts...
