Sometimes, I just can't resist eating street food. i know some of them are not that hygienic but there are a few foods I just can't stop myself from buying. How about you, do you like to eat too? If yes, what are your favorites? If no, state the reason why.

Right now, the best street food I had would be in Thailand, it was just plain noodle with a clear soup(I'm guessing onion, and garlic was two main ingredients). And you add in grounded chillies(it's not spicy). It was just AWESOME!
Although, the stall was literally on this tiny walkway, by a main road where buses, lorries were all driving by... Dusty, unhygenic, dangerous and obviously crazy place to sit down and eat, but it was nice :) I ended up eating there with my friend coz we saw the crowd lining up.

Back in college i used to treat my friend to eat street Tempura. Tempura in our canteen was just too overpriced so i had to resort the one in the streets. I don't eat much Isaw because i think personally it's the least clean among street food. Tempura is my favorite. I let my mom buy then we'll cook at home but i didn't enjoy it. It's really better to eat it on the streets. There's more feel to it.

Hehe, Almo, oh my.. lol! I like mine the regular sauce. I had a bad experience from spicy sauce because. Few drops dropped on my shoes and the stain remained there for the rest of the life of my shoes. So since then i'm careful ont to drop any sauce on my clothing. Well sometimes, spicy tend to taste all spice so there's no essence anymore especially about the true taste of the food. I welcome spicy food though.

I'll take mine spicy. (wee almo alert)
I love isaw but a friend of mine told me how its prepared so I stopped eating if I don't know who's cooking it.
I used to eat ice scramble too but I saw the Bayang Dugyot episode of Imbestigador (A TV program for non-filipinos) and it totally made me swear off them.

I actually love eating street food, but usually only when I get the chance, and those chances come around pretty rarely. I'm not allowed to eat street food and if you were to ask my mother why, she would give a speech as to why it's bad (dirty, undercooked, cheap ingredients, might contract typhoid or hepatitis A, etc. etc.). My favorites would have to be the barbecued chicken intestines (without the stuffing?), and chicken gizzard. While vacationing in Bangkok, I also got to try out some tasty chicken katsu, sausages, and cream puffs from the street stalls. They were really nice, though I must admit my stomach got upset just a tiny bit. It was worth it though LOL!

I used to love street foods until one day i heard of a frightening and terrible story about those people selling the street foods.
I heard that there are some who jump over the pots the use to cook those foods, or put a panty in the water they use to cook those foods to have more customers coming to their place where they sell this foods.
It was a disgusting story and since that day i never wanted to buy any street foods no more

I really avoid eating street food because I'm unsure that it is sanitary
I even don't liked to eat in restaurants that is a bit unsanitary
The last time I eat street food was when I was in my Elementary years lol
And I always wash my dishes again before I eat
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. lol

if you're concern about your health you will not even try to eat this kind of food on the street, Im a health conscious , meticuluos person. the only food that is clean is the food that we cooked in our house, at least you see how your mother prepared for it.

Before, i used to like eating street foods like fishball and piyayas. They actually taste great especially when you do not know how they are made or what they are made from. hehe. Most of the street foods are usually not that clean that is why they just cost so cheap but taste good. I used to like eating those before but i stopped buying them when i had this idea on how they were actually made. Sidewalk vendors actually dont think that much about the safety of their customers because their main concern is just to earn, but they didnt think that if their customers would get sick there would be no one who would be buying from them.
I have actually a friend who had worms in her system because of buying from those sidewalk vendors. She actually saw the worms still moving when she used the toilet. Well good for me that i havent experienced i even once before, i could not imagine how i would feel if i would have worms in my system. I think it would really be scary.
Nowadays i try to avoid street foods because i dont want to get sick, my parents and school had always been warning me eversince i was a kid to avoid buying street foods because they know it is really not that clean to eat.

Even though i spend a lot of time in toilet after having street foods many times,i still rarely have it bcos of the particular taste of it which you cant get it from anywhere. You know in Africa and Asia, urban households spend 15 to 50 % of their food budgets on street foods.A good percentage of the students monthly expenditures is allocated to street foods. Any way snacks which are fried or baked during preparation are considered to be safe foods bcos they are usually consumed before delay.
