Hi There! I am from Philippines. I love this country so much even if they say that we are facing a lot of problems in our government. I still believe that we have a beautiful culture and people! There are lots of beautiful places to visit here in our country. In fact, lots of foreigners visit Philippines. They usually go to Boracay Beach, Baguio (very cold there), other provinces like Bulacan, Palawan, and many others. You will love the food too! Yummy! As they quote from one of the Filipino site regarding Asian recipe “Philippine cooking is surprisingly simple; no special utensils are needed. Even a wok, which is commonly used in the Philippines and is almost essential for Chinese cooking, can be done without for most Philippines dishes. No special skills are needed, either. If you can prepare American dishes, you can prepare the food of the Philippines. In fact, most of the dishes that follow are either sauteed or stewed. Other dishes are boiled, braised or fried. I am from UK (England) it is always cold or raining here!! It is ok but getting worse due to the government, I use to love being English but people see it as easy, if the government was harder then it would be better! The views are lovely and there are so fab places to see, I wouldn't live anywhere else but would like some better weather ha ha!! I do love Christmas in England though its lovely and so festive where I live!
