It depends on your circumstances and why you'd want to come here...as well as your current resources available to you -- and how confident you are in our shaky unpredictable future.

Me personally feel, it totally depends on the kind of resource you have. If you are going on job permit, it depends on the Corporate house you are going for and if you are keen on migrating totally, without having any backup there, I feel, it's not wort right now.
