Hi guys... i have try to join some website that earn money. i have 20$ in my account paypal. The problem now is that i do not know how to cashout the money. my friends says that i must make a credit card and some of my friend says that i should make a debit card. anyone here that can help me? I just want to try to cashout my money. Are paypal safe? are Paypal is a free? they say free but there are still a small fees we should pay when making a money transfer or anything right? Help me plz...

You can cash out for a check (I think they charge a small fee for that, not sure) or you can have it transfered to your bank account with no fee. For that you will have to give them an account to transfer it to. I have mine sent to my savings acount. The information should be on their web site on how to do this. Good luck and happy lotting.

I'm afrid $20 just isn't enough to cashout. You need to have $150 in your paypal account to withdraw it in anyway. You can request a cheque, bank transfer or DC (in certain countries) and CC (in USA).
And yes, there is a fee if you request below a certian amount. In my country, withdrawal to bank is free if you're withdrawing above Rs. 7,000.
If you have friends with paypal accounts, you should all combine your balances to cashout at $150.
Rest assured, paypal is safe and secure and a trusted agent, as long as you're careful with your passwords and security.

You can definately do that, as the people above me have mentioned. But if that sounds like too much trouble for you, you can always spend it on eBay. That's what I have been doing all this time. I don't think there is one person on this earth who can search eBay and not find something they just have to have.
