Maintaining cordial relationship with superiors and subordinates is a must for all. It will give you a good working environment. It gives you a good opportunity to projecting a good image for you. It will improve your performance. It helps you to deliver a better result.Many who have successful carrier adopt this priciple. How about you?

Im really trying hard to maintain a good relationship with my coworkers and my superiors but I think 2 or 3 people hates me because I'm a bit unbending. I hate being manipulated like clay to suit their needs.

Very good advise. Everyone that works in my office has a very good relationship. We basically are all friends from executive management to regular employee. Everyone respects upper management and they respect us. This makes for a very comfortable place to work.

it is ideally so. But in our project, the boss is somehow very rude and adament. plus he only look at his interest. so i find it hard to be very cordial

Many boss es are like that,that is way they have promotions. But it will deteriate good working condition.

Hi, i just join a new company recently. I'm trying to have good relatioship with my new collegue. But sometimes it's quite difficult when i feel that they are trying to keep distance with me.
