Who is the best female celebrity cook today??

i absolutely love giada de laurentiis! i just love italian food and i am amazed at how fun and easy she makes the preparation look like :) rachel ray is also cool and so is martha stewart! Actually, i don't think i've encountered a celebrity chef that i didn't like (OH, except maybe potty mouth Gordon Ramsey!)

I am partial to Rachel Ray. I have actual been able to make several of the dishes that she makes on her show. I bought one of her cookbooks and I love the dishes I have made so far. I like to watch Cat Cora cook too. I envy those judges that get to sample the foods on Iron Chef.

i watch lot of them, well, not as much as I did few years ago - kind of got tired of it all, but I think my favorite is Paula Deen. SImpley cause she is normal person kind of cooking. Everyone else has a gimic - low fat, quick time, other culture, etc etc etc.... Paula with her butter and frying - that is just normal stuff and enjoyable to just make and eat. Not putting huge emphesis on anything but good, tastey, homecooked food. No stress about calories, or fat or lean... just good food anyone can make. Others are more complicated cause you have to have specific things - Paula is just common everyday ingredients made simple ways with simple utensils no hoopla or shanagains! Just fun to watch!

Paula Dean wins the prize with me. Who can resist that southern cookin'? Not to mention I love to hear her accent when she talks! LOL Rachel Ray always comes up with some good things but I never have and can't find half of the ingredients that she comes up with. Martha Stuart makes me want to whip up a dish of arsenic! LOL
