Sometimes persons put this off until they get sick or when they are old. This is because they think that they always have enough time when they are younger. Also some persons may also feel that preparing a will is like signaling that they are ready to die and no one is ever willing to admit this inevitable fact.
Also what are the considerations that you make when making a will? Some persons like to give their eldest child the responsibility to distribute their possessions to the other younger children or they may choose an executor of their estate which is a non family member. Some use their lawyers and so on, there are many ways to do this but what would you do when designing your will? These are some of the considerations you have to make to ensure that your possessions are distributed the way you intend.
Have you made your will and how do you plan to have it executed?

You know those guys in suites called experts says as soon as you start working and have some assets then is the right time to make a will, but i think they are just trying to open business for themselves, i mean as soon as you work you might also not have any kids whom you might want to include in your will and when you need to change the will that's when they come in and charge you for that.
I believe that when you get older might be the time for someone to draw up the will, because then you will have everybody to include in the will, but also you might die before you draw your will and that can lead to family member fighting over your assets.
I think the whole will thing cause lot of stress for people when they think about it, i mean what if you plan to draw your will next year and happen that you die this year? you don't have a will and it can create lot of confusion.
