Christmas is on the way and theres to much to get done

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the Christmas Prep so long. With everything I have to do this year, I'm not sure if its going to be to much fun. I want to have a Christmas too, but with 12 people coming to my house for Christmas I'm a little lost. This is my first time hosting christmas dinner it would be great if anyone had any ideas on how to gt everything one and still enjoy the holiday. Oh and the other problem is I work 10am-7pm every week day so I've got to work around my job. I'm also hosting this Christmas in a Two Bedroom apartment. So really any little idea helps out a whole lot. I've got half the shopping done on black friday, but I've still got about 8 gifts to still pick up and I've never make Christmas dinner before. All I know is that I'm making a spiral ham. Any help would be great. Thanks
