My rating went down

Hello everyone here Ji, yesterday, I wa svery happy, as I hit 100th post, my STAR rating was noticed at '8' with yellow color, when today, as I responded my first it came down to seven in white back-ground, I further noticed, whom I responded, wa shaving more than 4500 posts at her credit. Could anyone explain, why and how it happens, what is the formule govering it. I am little puzzled over this issue, I understand, it depends upon, how others have rated for me, where to find out how I have been rated for each of my discussions/responses/comments. Is there any place, where i would know my weakness to keep my rating high. Please help me. may God bless everyone here and have a great time.
