Do you often catch a cold in winter or in the cold day?

I regularly catch a cold in the summertime. I'm not sure why that is. I can only remember on two occasions where I've caught a cold or flu in the winter cold season Have a great night

Like you, I've also observed myself that I easily contract colds or get feverish during cold months. For protection, I resort to drinking lots of fluids and eating veggies which are nutritious. Also, I always bring along a blazer or jacket together with me. Locally, we don't get to experience winter but it's quite cold out here during November to January. I guess I have to attribute this personal condition to my deficiency or lack of Vitamin C in my system. Although I don't get sick quite often, I am amenable that I don't get enough Vitamin C because I really am not inclined or used to eating citrus and sour fruits or drinking fruit juices. But I eat lots of fruits, including mangoes, melons, watermelons, grapes, and apples, particularly if they're already ripe. Anyway, I do hope that you'll get better soon. Try to get plenty of rest, okay. Oh and I've noticed that you only made a few responses as of this moment. I assume that you're a newbie here in mylot community.
