How do you like your macaroni salad?

Today i made a macaroni salad with a vinigar dressing for supper and it was so delcious. Would you rather have the mayo dressing or the vinigar dressing? I perfer the vinigar just because it is way more healthier for you and also it is something different since everything else is made out of mayo.

I like it either way, but mainly with the mayo. I like the creamy texture. I love making homemade macaroni salad for pot luck dinners they are very easy and can make big amounts at a time.

I am a mayo girl. The vinegar usually gives me heartburn. Besides I like the creamier taste.

When I make it homemade I use vinegar *and* mayo, plus a bit of sugar. I also put bacon in it. As far as liking it with vinegar only, yes, I've had it like that and it's pretty good.
