Wooden cribs or Playpen type(net and plastic)?
What did you use when you are a kid? playpen type, like the one in the malls now, the one that have nets and all or the wooden crib? and if you have kids now, which do you prefer? playpen or wood crib?I experienced using both and my chose is a wood crib. To me and to the baby it is more comfortable because of the slat.
I think they like it more when they can see me fully unlike on playpens.
With my first born and second born I use wooden crib and for a change to our third baby we bought playpen type. Now the we buy a second one, a wood one and I like it more.

My parents had a wooden crib for me and I now use both types for my kids. The playpen is in the living room and the wooden one is in my bedroom. I don't prefer one over the other.

I have a one month old baby boy and he is using a wooden crib right now. The crib was given to me by my older sister. It was used by her youngest daughter who is already 1 years old. Well, the crib is durable but my husband is planning to buy a playpen so when our baby is already old enough to move around, he can be left in the playpen because our son's head might get bumped onto the wooden crib. We did not buy any foam to wrap around the wooden crib.

I dun use cribs when i was a baby, instead i'm using net.. haha ^_^ Because it's more comfortable and the feeling of shaking to sleep is simply so nice.. lol =D If i have kids now, i will still be using net for them till they grow older, i will probably use wooden crubs.. hehe ^_^ The feel of it is much better and like u say, thee are slats between them, and they will like it as they see it as fun playing.. lol
