Obviously mylot is how most of us kill time. I find myself doing this more than anything ever since I found this website a few months ago. I also excersise. And I play video games. Or should I say video game. I have a baseball game for my ps2 that I play all year long. I go to the gym just about every day. But my main thing is playing softball on sundays. That's the main thing I look forward to. Clear skies and good weather on sunday. I don't care how bad the weather is during the week, as long as I can have my softball on sunday. I work the night shift so my day hrs are pretty much gone since I am sleep, and I would love to play for a week day team. But their games start at 7pm, and usually end at 9. and I have to be at work at 10. So I play on 2 teams on sunday. One in the morning and one in the evening. I try to play as much as I can before I get old and grey. So I guess sports is another good way to kill time if you are into it. I used to bowl alot. But haven't done it in a while. I think mylot and watching tv are what I do to kill time the most.

Hey i never look past those video games. If you aren't much of a video gamer though, try going for a walk. I am serious! It may sound corny but I do this a lot when I want to pass time or blow off some steam. It seems like when I do this I always bump into something to do regardless. If I get too idle I start eating and that isn't always healthy. Card games and board games with friends and family might help you. The internet can provide hours of endless fun and I have a lot of sites I go to to waste some time and they are quite enjoyable as well. PM me for more links.
My ultimate is listening to and writing music, but this is just me. Hope these help!!

My cousin takes these long walks from his house every other day or so. I called him one morning and I heard all this wind blowing in the back. So I asked were he was, and he says "I'm taking my morning walk". I started laughing. I asked were the hell he was walikng to. He said no where. That was his new thing he started to do a few yrs back. He just takes a walk to get out the house and clear his head. It's like you said, he's not into the video games, so he takes his daily walks.

Well first off walking is GREAT for us. So I go walking quiet a bit. I have 3 dogs so at least once a day Im walking around.I love walking as you cna think of what ever you want to think with out others getting into your faace, or making you change your mind. A walk can be so peaceful. I used to live in a town with a huge lake so beach walks are a must in the summer time. Thanks for the responces

Nooo! I don't have any other ideas for you! I hate killing time. It is so boring. Well it sounds like you are productive. And that you are not just "killing time." If you write, read, exercise... actually all of them are good. But like, if you want to be a writer, then writing in your spare time would not be killing time. At least by my standards. That would be productive.
Killing time for me is just sitting there. I tend to get depressed and wig out. But I need to learn to "be productive" by contributing my talents. This means acknowledging my strengths, and therefor becoming un-depressed.
Other ideas. Maybe you would like to go to a park. It's kind of boring! But if you get into it it can be ok. Or go read at a Cafe. Lol. These are horrible ideas. Sometimes, if an idea is empty... well. It just is I guess. But to be meaningful, is to be able to grow into a bigger awareness of yourself. It's to accept your dark parts..but not really dark parts. Just being able to be you.
Ok. I'm getting tired. I had no ideas for you! Sorry!
