Are you a good listener?

I think I am a very good listener. A good listener should have a genuine interest in what the speaker is saying. Politeness and not interupting is very important. And repeating back to the speaker what they have said makes the speaker confindant that your have been listening and understand what they are saying. And asking questions helps to make the speaker feel confidant that you are listening and even interested in what they are saying.

I believe that I cannot be a good talker till I am a good listener. I believe that I am a good listener and I do listen to others properly and attentively, else I won't be able to solve their problem or some suggestions, if required. I am patient and careful in listening to others and I give othes ample opportunity to pour out their feeling. I first try to listen to them very very patiently and after listening and understanding what others want to convey, I start the talking. I am more of a listener and love to listen to others, I know now a days everyone wants to talk, however, no one has the time to listen to others. Therefore, giving a patient hearing to someone dear to you, definitely cheers him up and give him a kind of satisfaction that somebody has listened to him.

well i always concentrate on wht the other person is sayin n tht makes the other person comfortable and makes them trust me so i thnk that is wht is necessary for a good listener to do happy lotting n have a nice day

Hi there For me, as in my experience and my friends experience about me, they are telling me that I am a good listener in such a way that I am helping them with their problems about their boyfriends/girlfriends, about how they will face their parents because they are pregnant in an early age. I also think that I am a good listener because I first get the idea of the problem and then I give some advice.

Yes~A good listener should be know what does your friend need,and enough patience! Most of time,the listeners need to say"I know" only:)

Hi there! Yes, I believe that I am a good listener especially when it comes with my family and friends. I can sit down and listen to them then give them advice if I could. My friends told me that I am a good listener when they share their problems or thoughts even my colleagues. I am so glad that most of the people who really know me likes me for that because I know that I am helping them to ease their burden by just listening and comforting them. Happy Holidays!
