hi i have nver used mac in my life..i have used windows and linux...so obviously i will go for windows...but if you are buying, i sufggest you go and check out both..whatever u feel comfortable with , then go and buy...as far as i know, windows is way much better then mac..
i may be wrong, but as u have said earlier, i have'nt used mac..thanks

i would have to say windows but that is cause i have had a bad expieirence with mac cuase it run really slow and within a week fried the whole computer i think it was bugged up really bad and it messed up the whole system recovery so no new os could be installed so we had to throw the whole computer away. also i am a designer and coder for games,programs,and websites and alot of the tools i use are not compatible with mac. note that i use mostly freeware and alot of freeware is windows based or at least in the programs i get. i find that alot of mac compatible programs cost and this isnt an issue for alot of ppl but my credit card is void due to me being -70 dollar (this is a walmart debit and its the monthly charge that put the negitive amount on there but i havent put crap on the card for months) so i cant do any online purchases which is why i have to stick with freeware and alot of times mac is not compatipble with them and sometimes not even linux supports them.

I will always choose windows over mac! I haven't used a Mac so I'm not that familiar with it but I guess when something is really working out for you, why change? I must admit, macs do look quite trendy with their flashy monitors and system units. All the same, I will choose an IBM pc over a Mac any day! Andrew

Ok let's get this clear or straight first. You see Windows is an OS (operating system) made by Microsoft for PC's and for now you can run Windows on Mac computers. And Apple has computers too but they call it Mac's with its own only dedicated OS, I mean Mac OS is only dedicated to Apple Mac.
So regarding to this question it should be PC or Mac. Or which is the best computer the PC or Apple Mac?..... Or which OS is better MS Windows or Mac OS?
And my answer is. The best computer is the Apple Mac because beside the OS is dedicated only for Mac. It is simple to use but the functionality has a greater impact for the user for more productivity....^_^

Windows is the best. But, Mac is okay. But, it is personal preference. I think that Mac is better for some things. But, I go for Windows. :)

There are certain advantages and disadvantages involved from both sides. I like Windows simply because it's compatible and more widely used than Mac. Many applications come out for Windows and then a Mac version is released, sometimes much later. Some programs don't come out for Mac at all, leading Windows to have the advantage of having much more programs and variety for it.
Windows I also find cheaper and easier to use, while when I think of Mac, I think of it more like a sometimes expensive "brand name" rather than anything else. The only visible advantage I see with Mac is that it's much more secure, but I think that's prone to change in the near future. If you are cautious with your work and have a decent anti-virus and anti-spyware for Windows, it shouldn't be a problem for you anyways.
I'm a Windows supporter altogether. I'm not against Mac but I wouldn't consider buying myself. =P

i prefer windows becuse it is very easy to operate than mac but it'true tat windows is lack of some features that of mac..but i prefer windows for its usage
if u new to this,its first better use windows and then maccccc

i guess it depends on what you use the computer for. I am a designer and i prefer using a mac. i also like it because it is very easy to use compared to a PC. My brother on the other hand prefers a PC for his gaming needs. he is also more into the technical stuff.
