The Christmas season is here and I can't help but recall my Christmas days as a kid.. Traditionally, the Christmas table would consist of the "Queso de Bola," fiesta ham, fruits, pasta, various types of bread and.. Antonio Pueo. It's the brand of those chocolate tablets that my Papa would boil to a rich, thick mixture with just the right amount of sweetness.. Oh well... I miss my dad.. this year, we'll still have Antonio Pueo but this would be our family's 3rd Christmas without my dad. He passed away in 2005 but he left us something much, much more than the legacy of the rich, hot chocolate.. And I'm forever grateful for that kind of Christmas concoction. :)
