VCC : Pay Pal legal or not

i am newbie in on line biz - and the one i know of i want to start this - i must have pay pal account. and now i still searching can we verivied with VC .is it legal?

I think it is legal as long as paypal doesn't say otherwise...if that's the only option you have in getting your paypal verified,then I guess you might have to use it that way pending when you are able to get a real credit card(you can add a number of them to your account). Hope it helps...

tx u . but i alerady recived info from pay pal .that they don't recomend VCC or prepaid card like payoneer; but i still have question; why some people success using VCC or payoneer..? is still mystery for me....ha ha ha ha

The virtual card or payoneer as you call it are actually also issued by a bank,so they can also be deemed as credit card,but with more restrictions and regulation,so they would normally be able to work on the paypal system. I think that is illegal. if you don't have paypal account verified, you can buy item or stuff on Amazon dot com with your money in paypal. But you can't withdraw the money I recommended you to make some credit card. It's easy to make credit card in your country.

tx u srikandi 19....ya i think ilegall to i already recevied message from paypal that they dont sugeest using VCC or payoneer
