do you give and take bribe at critical condition?

i am always concerned with accepting bribe whehter to give or to accept wh neve rit is given,.Whether to accept or give bribe would be given then ti will be not a issues than anything,.however the work has to be done at grass root kevels wheneve rit is necessary.do you accept this?

first i used to get things done by bribing....once i new how it affected others and lazy the officers were,i decided not to bribe anyone....it is better not to accept this...
