Can I use a Rogers phone and go with a Fido monthly plan?

I was wondering if I can buy a Rogers phone and go with a Fido monthly plan, because i'm interested in getting the Nokia N95 but only Rogers offers the phone and there monthly plans aren't that good, and the Fido monthly plans have have many features and you don't have to pay for system active fee..which is pretty good. So can anyone please help me out. Thanks:)
