Fall expectation on PTC business

Do you think we have fall expectation on PTC site, such as all the buxes, and other PTC? I see their models of advertiing si like this you click XXX of Click and your earn $$$. your referrals click XXXX of click earn for you some $$$$. While that is true in theory it's not true in practice.Because,the number of clickers always surpasse the number of available clicks. So, for us to increase our earning we must buy referrals, or rent referrals. But my question to you is how long do you expect to get back the money you invest in it. let's say if I were invested $25 today or long can I get my $25 back plus some interest? It seems to me it take for ever to get that money back. I need all your opinions since you are involved in it more than I am. I participatein some ptc, but as an advertiser not as a clicker. I like clickncash tho, I get referrals there. The people there are more looking of opportunity than the people at the buxes.
