Pains from inside

Hi friends! What could be the reason when one is feeling pain inside the body (from chest to the waist) and it happens when one does not expect it. The person consulted a doctor and was instructor to go for a test (urine, blood, scanning and X-ray). The urine test showed nothing; likewise the blood, scanning or X-ray, and the doctor prescribed drugs like mezol C, gestid, paracetamol etc, but the person seems to be feeling such pains. though the pain is not constant, but comes like electric shock when not expected.
