Have you ever told your spouse something and they just didn't want to believe what your were saying?
My husband's cell phone has been giving him a problem. He seems to have intermitent service, sometimes he can receive and make calls and sometimes he can not. Last month he went to the TMobile store to see if they could help him with it. He called and told me that the bill was not paid that is why he was having problems. I told him, if that was the case he would not have service at all plus my phone would be problematic as well, since we are on the same account. He wanted to believe what the person at the store told him. For about three weeks the phone seemed to be working okay, then started acting up again. Again, he said it was because of the bill and again I told him why it wasn't about the bill. I told him that something is probably worn out because he never turns his phone off, and it is always on the charger when he is at home. He even answers the phone when it is on the charger. Well, he storms back to the store today, then calls to tell me that they told him his sim card was burned out, when I began with my "I told you so", he said, he didn't want to argue.
Does your spouse believe someone else, even when you have given them a reasonable and rational explanation?

Yes! My husband always does this. I feel sometimes that I am like a two year old as he thinks I tell him a load of rubbish or something.
Most of the time though he will say "you where right" but never "sorry"
I really am glad you where right but its a pitty he did not listen to you weeks ago and this would of been sorted out sooner. It's his loss though and I bet he will do this again over something else like my husband does. Take care sudalunts

Hilda, thanks for responding. You are correct, he will probably run into something else, and I will solve it for him, but he won't go by what I say.

Oh gawd YES. I know "manly" things, like how to fix the toilet, sink, window ect and my husband constantly questioned my abilities. It made me crazy. I wanted to turn a huge walk in closet into a half bath and he said oh you can't do that. A week later I had my half bath and said, "see, I told you I could do that"
