I'm a simple guy, I usually like my normal chocolate ice cream.
If I'm in the mood and it's in the budget, I like getting some vanilla ice cream, and then getting some sauces to put on it, and possibly other toppings too. Or I'll pick up some of the specialty ice creams, which are very pricy, but so worth it when you have a craving for something good. Something with caramel in it always goes over well with me.

I like vanilla and chocolate ice cream, but I like Ube more. I haven't find it here but I used to make it on my own, ube is only found in a tropical places and it's a rootcrop. If you can try ube flavoured ice cream you might like it, but I don't think they do it in the UK. Ube has two natural colors one is violate and the other one is milky white, ube ice cream is very nice.

I like regular vanilla, but I love Ben and Jerry's Fudge Brownie Chocolate ice cream. It is so good you would think that the brownie pieces would be hard because their frozen but their not. It's definently heaven for a chocolate lover.
