Hi my lotters. ok i should start from here. my now weight is 64kg which is very bad as my height is only 5.3. My weight increased in these two years . actually i had a break up with a guy who i had been dating for 3 years so i was badly hurt. At that time my weight was 50kg which was not bad. I lost my confidence, didn't knew what to do then i join a job in CA firm for some months but left it and started working in a call center. one of my friend was there. I tried dieting , exercising, jogging but my weight doesn't shed.So now 4 month ago when i lost my job i got even more depressed. previous week i went with my sister to a airhostess academy to see their presentation as they invited my sister. When i was in school i always wanted to become airhostess or a nurse. actually it was my mom who wanted me to become nurse. But problem is they want me to shed weight which i am unable to do. I can't afford gym too as i am sitting at home with no job. Do you know any medicine which can help me in losing weight?I have tried every possible effort like balancing meals but no result. Now any my lotter can help me?

hi...i dunno if this will help u but let me share my experience with u...2 yrs back, like u i had some personal problems & i had lost all my confidence in life itself....I am 5ft6in & before i weighed around 53 to 55 kgs which was quite ok & during this last problem time of mine, i gained lot of weight...i was 72 kgs....even i didnt realise tht i was getting overweight....But one day ie last december to be precise, i decided tht i will change my life & i will loose this weight of mine....I thought of not doing exercises coz i dont keep doing it on a steady basis....But i do house hold chores like sweeping, washing my clothes (even though i had a wahing machine), Car, scooter etc...Then i took lot of control on wat i was eating....I stopped eating all kinda junk foods & bakery items....basically i avoided eating any kinda sweets or fried items tht u get from shops...At first it was quite difficult for me as i am a gr8 burger & chocolate fan...But i kept my mind concentrate on the end result of avoiding all tht....I started only eating homemade foods & there too i avoided fried items & stuck to only fish curry, chicken only once a month & no other kind of non veggies.... I ate a good healthy breakfast & ate only little amount of Lunch & only fruits for dinner....
Then one day i was reading this magazine & it introduced me to this concept of "fruit fasting"....Its like fasting by eating only fruits for 3 continous days a week...the good thing is u can eat any amount of any kind of fruits tht u can get for any number of times, but make sure tht u eat only fruit ( & drink water of course :) )....It not only allows u to shed weight but also does a cleaning process inside ur body & ur skin will also get better.... I did this & other days i ate like i mentioned above....I got my results within a month.... i lost 5 kgs & tht inspired me to continue & now, exactly after a year i am 52 kgs & everyone says i look better than when i looked in my teenage years...now i eat burger or chocolate like once in a month....not more than tht & i am still maintaining my current weight without any kinda exercises like jogging,walking etc
The main thing is tht u need is the attitude towards it...Since i know wat u r talking abt, i can relate to u...Thts y i am saying, U R THE ONE WHO CAN CHANGE URSELF....no one else can do it for u....Just keep a good focus in ur weight or in life for tht matter & concentrate on wat u need & wat u need to achieve...Dont feel bad for urself & dont think negatively like u cant do this or tht etc...feel good abt urself & u will c the change in u, inside & out.....A positive mind have the power to change anything...I can guarantee u on tht coz i am an example for myself for tht :)...
I know this quite a long response...but i c myself in u & i want to help u & do my bit....sounds quite preachy eh??.... if u have the patience & understand wat i am saying u will change for better...this is straight from my heart....Hope i will c ur next discussion as " i have lost 15 kgs & i'm living a great life " :D....cheers

I wuld like to suggest, if u r not having any problems with ur bones ... do on the spot running. Do it daily after consuming meals ( after 1 hr ) .. Go for morning walks .. stop eating junk food for a month or two ... n 1 more thing ... if u can find sm exercises by googling it .. find out .. Dont lose hope ...

loosing weight is 1 of the most difficult thing in world, but not impossible. first try to change your lifestyle. as far as i know, whole night u sit on your pc, and you sleep in day time and you never take food at right intervels. i knw 1st habit you cant change, but try to change second one. take meals at same time daily, it will improove your digestion process, dont drink water with meals, and never skip your meals (that will only have adverse affects). do a little bit of jogging daily. as far as pills are concerned, they are also not cheap and have side effects too, so i wont recommend them, but you can try herb called ASHVAGANDHA, and try to be happy . . . . .follow these simple steps and you will notice some changes soon

I do take food at right time like lunch between 1 pm to 2 pm never late by that and dinner also at 9 pm and sometime i forget to take it.I dont mind expensive pill but that leaves does me no good and the meds given by ayurvedic doctor taste was revolting. Suggest me a pill doctor alok

hi akan.
just be active. walk, jog, run, bike, swim. it really doesn't matter what you do as long as you get active. if you're into sports, start playing daily. i read that you're unemployed right now so that gives you a lot of time to be active. clean the house, walk your dog, carry the groceries, it really doesn't matter as long as you become active.
in my case, i run/jog twice a day. once in the morning and another one in the afternoon. i also walk a lot. i don't bring the car when doing errands and instead just commute in public rides so i force myself to walk. anyway, losing weight takes time so i suggest that you start as soon as possible and work at getting your ideal weight.

In my country, ?? tea is very useful to losing weight. it is popular among young girls. you can call it puer tea. it grows in the province of yunnan.

Stop eating so much. If you stop eating, you will lose the weight. Count your calories. You don't have to stay away from certain food as long as you are watching your calorie in take. This may mean, if you eat that candy bar you can't have anything for dinner but that is your choice.

Thanks for your response buddy. I know lots about food balance and calorie and i am already eating two times a day and have also tried having 6 small meal trick before but none works. Adding lemon juice to food you eats also helps but not to me. I am not a fan of sweets too.

Just grab ur bicycle and do cyclying for 1/2 an hour daily, while cyling listen to some good music. Dont restrict ur diet, eat well and eat only organic food.
In a weeks time t can reduce 3-5kgs

I wish that I could tell you that there is a magic pill or medicine that would allow you to lose weight without diet and exercise. If there were, no one would be overweight. Weight loss is a simple equation. You have to burn off more calories than you take in. You have to eat no more than 1200 calories and you should do at least 30 minutes of cardio activity daily combined with weight training twice a week. You don't have to join a gym to exercise. Walking at a fast pace or jogging is great exercise. Instead of weights, spend a little bit of money on exercise bands and work out with them. You can do this. Best of luck to you.

avoid carbs and fats from your diet....drink lots and lots of water...chew gum this will help in reducing your facial fat....avoid all types of fried foods...and continue the exercises that you are doing..make sure you sweat a lot...
