Some of you may have heard it, while others not.
The easiest way to work on your posture, core mainly. Is.... Replace the chair you use to sit when using the laptop with a fitball! Seriously. Coz to keep yourself from falling off the fitball, your subconscious mind will train your core to 'turn on' while your seated on it.
If your more adventerous, replace your dining chairs with fitballs.. You might have glares from your dinner guests though :p
Or when you do laundry, instead of using a laundry basket that can fit the whole load at once, get a mini one that will make you do several trips. People complain they don't want to waste an hour travelling to the gym, this will only take an extra perhaps 5 minutes out of your day, and your in the comfort of your own home!
Keep healthy guys/gals!

Before you go and replace every chair in your home with a fit ball I suggest you get proper facts before beginning *core* workouts. Anyone can sit on a fit ball but are you actually doing it properly? Most are not and that will cause strenous strain on your spine. If you are beginning to change everything with fit balls begin with simple exercises that are contracting those core muscles and making them stronger so that you have more control over them. Simple way is acting as if you have to pee. You imagine yourself stopping midstream, hold for 5 - 10 seconds and repeat this several times. This does not come over night either so don't worry if it takes you awhile to do.

Doesn't matter if you are male or female. The bladder is the same thing and how the muscles are contracted works the same for both. I have been in physio and I have had two thearpists. One a woman and one a man and they both have said that it is the same concept man or woman. I am one of the people that are building up their core muscles due to a back injury.
