Going to New Zealand in 2011

I am planing on making a trip to New Zealand some time around Oct. 20-26 or so in 2011 for the finals of the IRB Rugby World Cup. It looks as the finals are going to be at Eden Park in Auckland. My question is what is there to do in Auckland? Thanks for any info.

I had a wonderful time in New Zealand. Auckland is alright but Northland is excellent and so is the Coromandel Peninsula, both are near Auckland. I hope that you will have a superb time in New Zealand.

I am also dreaming to travel to New Zealand because it is one of my dream countries, but up to now it remains a dream because I still have no financial resources to support this plan. But I am hoping I can materialize this plan.
