Has Your E-mail I.D. ever been Crushed or Misused?

I put forth here a question about the usage of your e mail id by others..or the e mail id of yours has ever been deleted by the administration or misused by any one else.. it has happened to me once when i was young where i gave my id and password to all the b rated sites and i was therforth not able to recover the id and then i changed to this i.d. which i have been using for the past 7 to 8 years and have no problem what so ever..what about your case?
